Christmas Eve
After spending a day at Grandma and Grandpa Nasrallah's house celebrating with Rima, Kevin and Joey, we had our own little Christmas Eve dinner.
Everyone got to open just one present. Madeline got a doll, Juliette got some cool books for <1 year olds, Ramzy got a shirt that is much cooler than he is and Jillaine got some pink pajamas. Madeline left some Christmas cookies and milk out for Santa and was so excited about the fat man showing up during the night that she could hardly calm down enough to go to sleep.

Christmas Card: Behind the Scenes
You may have already received our Christmas card (good mailman) or not (you live overseas) or you won't (we don't have your address/we have the wrong address). Regardless, unless you have little kids you don't know what it takes to get two little ones to a) sit still, and b) smile repeatedly until their parents can c) take an adequate picture. We tried our best. Here is the original picture that was used to make the card you received, as well as several others that didn't make the cut.
Vertical Again, Back by Popular Demand
People seemed to like the video that was taken of Juliette when she pulled herself up to stand for the first time...in her life, but since that fateful night it has been her favorite activity, passing drooling and laughing for the number one spot. However, you can see here that she's figured out a way to incorporate all three together. Nine months old, multitasking!

She Cannot Be Stopped
Twenty-four hours ago she was at the hospital being checked out for the nasty stomach bug that has taken southwest Ohio preschools by storm (what are big sisters for?) Several chugs of Pedialite later and Juliette has decided it's time to start standing. She's an inspiration to all sitting, vomiting babies around the world.

Sick

Hopefully we'll get healthy very soon. Here's a picture of Madeline from earlier this summer during a time when it wasn't cold outside or pukey inside.
