Between lots of traveling for both work and pleasure, and all of us getting sick at some point, we haven't had time to update the blog. Here are a whole bunch of pictures from the last couple of weeks. Old people - click here to be taken to the pictures, and don't be offended. We understand some of you don't realize that the underlined words can be clicked on. This is no different.
Today we made the first of many visits to Kings Island this summer (thanks for the passes Grandma!) which also turned out to be the day of Juliette's first (and second, and third) amusement park rides. Apparently if a baby is long enough to ride, it doesn't matter that she's a baby - she's good to go.
Here the girls are waiting to get onto the train, which was in fact Juliette's first ride:
She really wanted to get back on the train and ride it again...
Madeline explained to her that the train was totally lame and that there are much better rides in the park...
...like the car!
Here we have a three-year old teaching a one-year old how to drive...
We're all still full of meat after Grandpa's birthday dinner yesterday at the local Brazillian churrascaria. Here are a few pictures from the festivities.
Ready for cake!
Wait. You're telling me there are two cakes? (note in the background that cousin Joey has squeezed argyle socks onto his exposed, husky legs)
Grandpa doing what he does. Taking pictures, then taking pictures and then pausing so that he can take pictures.
It's great how serious Madeline gets when dessert shows up. All business.
Juliette and cousin Joey having a meeting of the baby minds. Juliette is polite enough not to bring up the socks.
